**Job Summary**:
The Wellness Advisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Wellness department, including providing customers with supplement and personal care product recommendations, receiving and verifying shipments, stocking shelves, processing customer transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing friendly, attentive, and excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, sharing product knowledge, and taking customers to the location of the product directly.

Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions through the use of applicable POS functions and carry-out customer purchases.

Maintain on-shelf inventory by stocking Wellness cooler and shelves, down stocking and stock rotation, shipment receiving and verification, and putting away shipments.

Respond to customer questions and provide knowledge and direction regarding supplement and personal care product selection using industry knowledge, training, vendor catalogues, and the internet.

Assist with store opening and closing duties to ensure the store is properly prepared for the day's operations.

Maintain and build knowledge of products through regular training sessions available to team members.

Lead by example in daily activities and strive to improve personal performance each and every day.

Support in mopping the store floor first thing each morning.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:
Passionate and knowledgeable about Health & Wellness

Committed, flexible, and open to growth

Outstanding customer service skills

Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team

Ability to work with a flexible attitude in a dynamic environment

Food Handling Safety education and/or certificate is an asset

Ability to stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders, lift up to 50lbs, and navigate certain tools and environments.
