**Position**:
**Commencing** : Starting immediately

Previous school experience is an asset. Must have ability to cook for large groups, be highly organized, and meet deadlines while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. The cook is a critical artery for meals and nourishment education for parents, students, faculty and must be able to multi-task effortlessly and respond to the needs of students and faculty with ease.
- General cafeteria cooking and management skills
- Friendly, nurturing, attentive and respectful characteristics
- Excellent interpersonal and pragmatic skills
- Familiarity and ability to adhere to, communicate and enforce strict food and safety policies and guidelines
- Proven ability to handle deadlines, multi task and simultaneously handle students, parents and faculty needs
- Excellent attention to detail and proof/editing skills
- Food safety hanlding certificate
- Updated Vulnerable Sector Police Screening
- Updated immunizations and medical
- Minimum 2+ years of school-related food cafeteria skills
- 3 professional references for related duties

- Cooking: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
