**At Pallet Coffee Roasters, our aim is simple: make specialty coffee approachable, consistent, and fun, powered by a crew of passionate, coffee-loving humans.**

We’re looking for an **experienced barista** to step into the role of **Café Supervisor** at our **Roastery + HQ location**. You’ll lead the daily café operations and dive into hands-on roasting training, right where the magic happens

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead daily café operations while bringing Pallet’s culture and mission to life.
- Educate customers about the coffee origins, tasting notes, and brew methods.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and baked goods following Pallet’s standard recipes.
- Handle cash, sales, and basic admin tasks.
- Keep the café environment clean and organized.
- Take part in roasting training and support the roastery team when needed.

**What you’ll need**:

- A genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to keep learning.
- At least 2 years of experience making and serving coffee, with a background in specialty coffee.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, with sharp attention to detail and solid multitasking skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
