Feel Light rTMS Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate psychotherapist to join our team on a contract basis. We specialize in providing repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to clients seeking transformative healing experiences. As a contract psychotherapist, you will work closely with clients during ketamine-assisted therapy sessions, guiding them through therapeutic processes to enhance their mental and emotional well-being. This position offers the flexibility of providing virtual sessions, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced therapists looking to engage in cutting-edge therapeutic modalities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for clients undergoing ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
- Create a safe, supportive, and empathetic therapeutic environment for clients during their sessions.
- Collaborate with clients to set treatment goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Guide clients through introspective and therapeutic processes, helping them process emotions and insights.
- Provide psychological support to clients before, during, and after their ketamine-assisted sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure holistic care for clients undergoing ketamine treatment.
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs and preferences of clients.
- Stay current with developments in ketamine-assisted therapy and contribute to ongoing professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensed as a psychotherapist in Ontario, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Experience in providing trauma-informed therapy and managing complex emotional experiences.
- Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based approaches.
- Familiarity with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy protocols and an interest in integrating this approach into your practice.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
- Comfortable conducting virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms.
- Openness to learning and adapting as the field of ketamine-assisted therapy evolves.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $40.07-$86.09 per hour
