**Description du poste**

**_Aider de façon générale pour les fonctions suivantes;_**
- Planifier les chargements en fonction de la sécurité, du service à la clientèle et de l'efficacité du chargement.
- Assurer une utilisation optimale des camions et maintenir les objectifs des indicateurs clés de performance (ICP)
- Assurer la communication d'informations exactes aux chauffeurs, telles que : informations sur le chargement, équipement et HOS.
- Répondre aux courriels et aux appels téléphoniques des clients et des chauffeurs afin de résoudre les problèmes en temps opportun.
- Contrôler et communiquer les progrès des chauffeurs en matière d'enlèvement et de livraison par le biais de Total Mail et TMW, en collaboration avec le CSR.
- Confirmer l'exactitude de la rémunération des conducteurs en s'assurant que les informations relatives à l'acheminement et à la rémunération des accessoires sont saisies en temps voulu dans les champs appropriés de TMW.
- S'assurer que les chauffeurs remettent les documents au bureau dans les 24 heures suivant la livraison.
- S'assurer que les chauffeurs s'acquittent de leurs responsabilités de manière sûre, fiable et professionnelle.
- Effectuer une rotation des appels de fin de semaine et travailler tard lorsque les demandes des clients doivent être satisfaites.
- Agir en tant que point de contact pour tous les éléments ou problèmes qui peuvent survenir pour un conducteur dans votre terminal.
- Et toutes autres taches connexes au besoin

**Exigences**:

- Une expérience de plus de 2 ans dans l'industrie du transport serait considérée comme un atout.
- Une expérience antérieure dans un poste similaire est préférable
- Bonne connaissance géographique
- Excellentes compétences en communication - tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Solides compétences en informatique, en organisation et en analyse
- Expérience avec AS400 et Peoplenet est un atout.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à établir des priorités dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu.
