Liberty Tax Saskatoon is hiring for the 2025 tax filing season.

**Tax preparation experience preferred.
**Accounting & Bookkeeping experience preferred and can be trained quickly.
**Positions available across 4 offices in Saskatoon.
**May lead to year-round position after tax season.
- Conducts an in-depth interview with the client, obtains all information and material required for tax return preparation.
- Fully communicates to client the procedures, paperwork, and timeframes applicable to the service being provided.
- Accurately prepares all paperwork and completes all required data entry according to office policy and procedure.

**Requirements**:

- Self-confident, professional, friendly and courteous.

**Duties**:

- Conducts a thorough client interview.
- Thoroughly explains the appropriate procedure and flow of the client's chosen service and the benefits of each service offered.
- Accurately inputs all client information into the tax preparation computer and file returns.
- Correctly completes all applicable paperwork for client’s chosen service.
- Answers and researches to completion of all tax questions.
- Increases tax knowledge continuously.
- Fulfills all office administrative requirements including clearing out returns on hold and fixing rejects.
- Acts as the receptionist when one is not scheduled.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
