Rachel’s Hair Salon, located in the heart of Vancouver’s Cambie Street, is looking for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. If you have strong technical skills and a dedication to providing exceptional client experiences, we want to hear from you.

**Position: Hair Stylist (Full-Time / Part-Time)Job Overview**

As a Hair Stylist at Rachel’s Hair Salon, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, building strong client relationships, and staying updated on the latest trends and techniques. Our salon provides a supportive and welcoming environment where you can showcase your creativity and grow your career.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, perming, and styling based on client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation to ensure a safe salon environment.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations on styles, treatments, and maintenance.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and client record management when needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide the best possible service.
- Foster lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to consult and engage effectively with clients.
- Retail experience and upselling skills are a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork—work collaboratively while being self-motivated.
- Attention to detail, ensuring both technical precision and a high standard of cleanliness.
