We’re looking for an experienced Exteriors Finisher to join our team and help bring our clients’ vision to life.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and finish exterior materials such as siding, trim, fascia, and soffits.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to fit project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with building codes and customer specifications.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist with other tasks as needed on various construction projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Exteriors Finisher, Carpenter, or in a similar construction-related role
- Strong knowledge of exterior materials, techniques, and finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Solid understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
