**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in the planning and development of new items, ensuring creativity and quality.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and presentation of dishes.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling practices.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and operated safely.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Motivated team player who always support one another
- Honest, genuine and selfless, accountable for their actions at all times
- Focused on a POSITIVE work environment
- Certification in food safety or handling is required.
- Serving It Right is mandatory, as we serve alcohol through the kiosk
- Must be 19 or older
