**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage concrete crews on residential and small commercial job sites.
- Drive a company truck and tow a tool trailer to job locations.
- Haul flat deck trailers loaded with skid steers, forms, and equipment.
- Oversee setup, squaring, and pouring of ICF foundations, conventional grade beams, thickened edge slabs, and other concrete work.
- Safely operate tools and equipment while maintaining a clean, organized work site.
- Place and finish slabs to high-quality standards.
- Coordinate daily work with homeowners, contractors, and crew members.
- Train, mentor, and supervise laborers for efficiency and safety.
- Ensure proper care, maintenance, and return of all company tools and equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in concrete construction, including ICF and grade beam work.
- Proven ability to manage crews and job sites effectively.
- Strong understanding of concrete forming, placing, and finishing techniques.
- Must provide your own tool belt, basic hand tools, and PPE.
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and cell phone required.
- Class 3 driver's license preferred but not required.
- Safety-first mindset and excellent communication skills.

**Schedule**
- Full-time, Monday - Friday.
- Occasional overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
