**Job Summary**:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory by engaging with potential and existing customers to promote and sell products and services. This role involves identifying customer needs, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating pricing and financing options, and closing sales. The individual in this position will maintain an in-depth understanding of products, inventory, and industry trends to effectively recommend solutions and provide ongoing support. Additionally, the Outside Sales Representative is expected to meet or exceed sales targets, manage a sales pipeline, and ensure that all sales processes are accurately documented and efficiently executed. The role requires regular travel to customer sites, consistent follow-up to build long-term relationships, and active participation in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable equipment and services that align with their requirements.
- Conduct product demos and provide detailed information about equipment features, benefits, and how they address customer pain points.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure an efficient sales process.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about products, industry developments, and to improve sales techniques.
- Actively prospect for new clients using cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the customer base within your designated territory.
- Create and deliver customized presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the internal sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure continued client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or business development role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their specific needs.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent closing skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of financing and leasing options.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage a territory effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Consistent travel required within 400km of the branch.
