As a HR Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering data from SuccessFactors EC platform, reconciling accounts, and reporting on Human Resources programs. You will be responsible for delivering standard weekly and monthly HR reporting packages, BI dashboards as well as adhoc reports for HR team and HR Business Partners.

**Position Details**:
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis and visualization
- Deliver meaningful metrics, trends, key insights and detailed analysis in all areas of HR support and services through data interpretation and analysis from multiple data sources
- Supports HR Operations and administration including reconciliation of accounts, budgeting, identification and implementation of initiatives/solutions to enhance efficiency
- Works closely with HRBP and focuses on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs and generate actionable insights.
- Job Requirement- Post-secondary education in a related field such as Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics.
- 1-2 years’ experience in reporting with an inquisitive mindset and genuine interest in problem solving.
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Generate reporting solutions using Power BI, SAP ECC Reporting tools, SuccessFactors ORD/Ad Hoc, and others as necessary
- Proficient in MS Word and PowerBI, with the ability to compare and edit technical documentation and create multilevel lists, charts, images and dynamic presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, using macros, pivot tables, v/h lookups, and various equations is an asset. Experience working with SuccessFactors an asset.
