**Duties**
- Install automotive windows and systems according to specifications and guidelines.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in windshield installation is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely.
- Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor is essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
