Basha Foods International is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Meat Cutter to join our team. If you have a passion for providing high-quality meat products and possess a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform meat cutting and processing tasks, including trimming, portioning, grinding, and packaging various cuts of meat (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, etc.) according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Operate and maintain meat cutting equipment, such as saws, grinders, slicers, and knives, ensuring safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of meat products to maintain freshness and quality.
- Weigh and label meat products accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and fulfilling special requests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Meat Cutter.
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper cutting techniques.
- Ability to use and maintain meat cutting equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent knife skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
**To Apply**:

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
