Navigatr Group's goal is to create a more purposeful travel industry through its strategic investment, best-in-class services and philanthropy. **Position Summary**: A core team member of the strategy team at Navigatr Group (the "Company"). The Analyst, Strategy will prepare management presentations, including but not limited to monthly results, mid-year / annual strategy off-sites presentations. The analyst will work closely with the business to influence the strategic direction and financial performance of the Company through structured and concise presentation. The Analyst will have significant exposure to senior management with the opportunity to work closely with the various Business Units (BU) Leaders, Product & Technology, Finance, Marketing, and HR teams across the organization. **Essential Job Functions** First 90 Days: - Responsible for the preparation of monthly results presentations for four (4) Business Units and Shared Services departments, leveraging a full suites of tools, e.g. financial, Power BI, CRM, Jira. - Develop and own detailed KPI tracking for each identified streams and projects; work closely with stakeholders to highlight gaps and recommend mitigation strategies. 90 - 180 Days: - Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with key stakeholders to develop and maintain a narrative of the business strategic outlook by pulling together a cohesive story of the opportunities, key drivers for the Company's each business unit and as a whole. - Support the organization to develop mid-year / annual off-site presentation package; propose and revamp the key business priorities and scorecard metrics in conjunction with the senior leadership team. - Assist strategy team leader to provide communication and meeting materials for Board of Directors **Key Success Factors** - Exceptional ability grasp of complex business situations across four (4) Business Units and Navigatr's shared services capabilities. - Ability to facilitate discussions with senior management by developing options and alternatives to facilitate speedy, and insightful discussion. - A passion for powerpoint / slide design as well as speed of drafting "immaculate" slides; "presentation hygiene" and high level of professionalism is required **Qualifications** - 2+ years of management consulting experience as a business analyst or 1+ year as associate in MBB consulting a must - Expert in PowerPoint and visual story telling - Proven experience developing strategy, commercial business cases and reporting to a senior executive audience - Proactive with a self-starter / can-do attitude, with ability to form strong working relationships with all levels of the organization - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment with significant change, ambiguity and adapting to evolving organizational requirements - Advanced PowerPoint is critical with an emphasis on the ability to synthesize complex information to present in a concise and structured manner - Experience with BI tools, Jira, CRM suites and Figma is a strong plus
