Dreamland Films is seeking an experienced **Camera Operator** skilled in operating the **Blackmagic 6K Pro** and **DJI Mini 3 Pro Drone**. This role requires a creative and technically proficient professional capable of capturing stunning visuals for studio productions, live events, and on-location shoots.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain the **Blackmagic 6K Pro** camera during film shoots, live shows, and events across Kingston, Toronto, and Accra.
- Pilot the **DJI Mini 3 Pro Drone** to capture dynamic aerial footage, ensuring technical excellence and safety compliance.
- Record live performances, events, and productions, both locally and internationally, capturing the energy and atmosphere of each occasion.
- Collaborate with Directors, Directors of Photography (DP), and the production team to execute the creative vision of each project.
- Adjust camera settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focus) and drone parameters to suit various lighting conditions and creative needs.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, and movement to enhance storytelling across ground and aerial shots.
- Conduct pre-flight drone checks and adhere to safety and local UAV regulations.
- Handle and maintain all camera and drone equipment, including lenses, gimbals, and batteries.
- Assist with pre-production planning, such as shot lists, technical setups, and location scouting in Kingston, Toronto, and Accra.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with both camera and drone equipment on set.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience operating the **Blackmagic 6K Pro** and **DJI Mini 3 Pro Drone** or equivalent equipment.
- Strong knowledge of camera and drone settings, cinematic techniques, and visual storytelling.
- Expertise in recording live shows and events, ensuring consistent quality in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with RAW workflows, aerial cinematography, and post-production requirements.
- Ability to adapt to diverse shooting environments, from urban landscapes to remote locations.
- Knowledge of lighting setups, drone flight regulations, and optimizing visuals in varying conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly on fast-paced sets.
- Physical stamina to handle long shooting hours and equipment setup.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working on international film and live event projects.
- Familiarity with Blackmagic Design accessories, DaVinci Resolve software, and drone editing workflows.
- Certification in drone operation or knowledge of UAV regulations in Jamaica, Canada, and Ghana.
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing work with the Blackmagic 6K Pro, drone footage, and live event recordings.
