**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee and manage all daily plant production activities to meet established goals for safety, quality, and productivity
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate workflow to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing output
- Lead, mentor, and develop production team members, fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with other departments (Purchasing, Engineering, Quality Control, and Logistics) to support operational efficiency and problem-solving
- Track production metrics and prepare reports for management on key performance indicators
- Implement and maintain continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to long-term operational goals

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment (preferably in the door, window, or related building products industry)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of production processes, workflow optimization, and quality control practices
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency with production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Post-secondary education in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field is an asset
