Edmonton, Canada All Weather At Home Full time

**Hello. It’s nice to meet you.**

If you’re looking for a challenge, you’ve come to the right place, because no matter who you are or where you come from, we’re all building something. Every single one of us. Whether it’s a home, a career, a family or a future, we’re all searching for growth. This is our story too. For more than 45 years, we’ve built the All Weather Group into the largest privately owned and operated window, door and glass manufacturer in the country. But in some ways, we’re just getting started. So, if you’re driven to make an impact and bring your best to our tight-knit, people-first culture, we want to hear from you.

**Are you ready for this?**

As a frontline team member, you shape our customers' experience with All Weather. The last mile, the final yard - every day, you have the power to create positive and lasting memories in the hearts and minds of customers and homeowners by letting them know that they’re in your good hands.

This role brings some of the most challenging and rewarding problem solving opportunities. As a Service Tech III you will tackle some of the more complex service calls and on-site repairs, while guiding and coaching more junior technicians. This role offers the right balance of independence and teamwork. Your expertise will be key, and you will be backed by a supportive team that values your skills and growth. This role will be required to work out of town regularly. Responsibilities include:

- Solve Problems That Matter: Diagnose and repair window, door, and glass issues, order replacements, and ensure safe, high-quality installations.
- Organize & Document: Plan daily service routes, maintain service vehicles, and complete detailed customer reports on-site.
- Lead**,**Mentor** and drive service excellence**: Share expertise with junior technicians, delegate tasks, and monitor team progress to maintain service quality. By fostering a culture of collaboration you will help build a strong, skilled team.

**What makes this role unique?**
- Enjoy the freedom & independence to plan your day, manage your schedule, and make decisions on-the-go.
- Variety: Each day brings new challenges, locations, and people, keeping things fresh and engaging.
- Meaningful Impact: Your problem-solving skills directly improve customers' homes and lives, giving you a real sense of accomplishment while upholding the highest standards of integrity in every task.
- Real Interaction: Connect with homeowners, tradespeople, and teammates, seeing the results of your work out in the community.

**Are you built for this?**

We hire as much for attitude as we do for experience, because who you are is just as important as what you can do. Here’s who and what we’re looking for.
- Experience & Background: Post-secondary education in a skilled trade or construction is an asset. Technician experience with product knowledge, plus experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or construction, is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using hand and power tools. Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to work on scaffolding at heights over 12 feet. Experience handling glass safely and the physical capability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Customer Service & Communication: Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and work independently. A self-motivated team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
- Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to work overtime when necessary, travel, and adapt to changes on short notice. Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License, have a clean Driver’s Abstract, and be able to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing.

**Let’s get after it.**

**What’s in it for you?**
