**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing and sugaring, and other aesthetic services.
- Consult with clients to assess their skin type and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage to enhance their results.
- Manage retail sales of skincare products, providing recommendations based on client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and aesthetic treatments through ongoing education.

**Requirements**:

- Valid aesthetician license in Canada.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Experience in body sugaring techniques is required.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe treatment space.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to effectively promote products to clients.
- 3 years or more in a spa setting
- Team Player, reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation will be base plus product commissions plus bonuses for skin plan sales. Front desk staff will be responsible for appointment booking and client processing. Lots of parking for your clients.
