Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

**Salary**: CA$69,960.00 - CA$74,970.00 per year

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead our marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and drive the growth of our brand. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing operations and building a team to achieve our business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives.

Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.

Oversee content creation, product launches, and promotional activities.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.

Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
