Saskatoon Real Estate Services is currently seeking a part-time live-in caretaker for a twelve-unit residential building at 1017 Avenue C North in Saskatoon.

A newly renovated one-bedroom suite is available with a $100 monthly reduction in rent.

This is a salaried position of $25 per door, plus the opportunity for additional earnings for suite cleaning, move out inspections, minor in-suite maintenance, etc.

Regular duties to include:

- Regular check and cleaning of all entrances, hallways, stairwells, etc.
- Regular removal of all garbage and debris.
- Check and clean laundry rooms on a regular basis.
- Check and clean boiler rooms.
- Ensure that adequate supplies are on hand to perform janitorial duies.
- Cut, weed and water lawns and garden beds as needed.
- Keep all sidewalks clean and free of snow and ice at all times.
