We are looking for a Permanent Full-time, Supervisor, Employment Services Programs**for our Skymark location based out of Head Office in Mississauga. This position is hybrid remote.

**Key Job Functions**
- Support the Director, Employment Services in the daily supervision of outcome activities across all branches, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and service standards.
- Oversee and support Employment Services Coordinators and Placement Coordinators, while assisting Employer Liaisons to ensure effective service delivery and strong employer partnerships.
- Provide ongoing coaching and operational support to Employer Liaisons (ELs), Employment Services Coordinators (ESCs), Placement Coordinators (PCs), and Managers, Employment Services.
- Monitor, manage, approve and report on BIA budgets across branches.
- Lead onboarding, training, and mentoring new staff to promote confidence and adherence to best practices.
- Review case notes, service plans, and data entries to ensure quality, compliance, and client-focused outcomes.
- Support the implementation of new tools, resources, and service delivery strategies introduced by Senior Management.
- Assist with tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with the Director, Employment Services, to create action plans for achieving or exceeding organizational and funder targets.
- Provide leadership coverage during Director, Employment Services absences, ensuring operational continuity and guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture centered on client success and continuous improvement.
- Represent the organization at internal meetings, hiring events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties to support branch performance and positive client outcomes as needed.
