**Position Summary**:
As a Painter at XCS Facility Solutions, you will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing various surfaces to enhance and maintain the appearance and durability of our clients' facilities. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming.
- Protect adjacent surfaces by taping and masking.
- Mix and match paints and finishes to ensure color consistency.
- Maintain clean workspaces and proper care of painting equipment.
- Inspect completed work for quality and touch up as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a professional painter (2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to follow directions and work with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
- Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, climbing ladders).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with commercial or industrial painting.
- Knowledge of surface preparation for different materials (drywall, wood, metal, concrete).
- Certification in OSHA safety standards (optional but preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.78-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
