**Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Person**

Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, the Mobile Maintenance Person helps to ensure the effective and efficient operation of properties throughout the Towers Realty Group portfolio in keeping with Towers Realty Group standards at all times.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Meet contractors on site at various properties,
- Fulfilling maintenance items at various properties such as litter pick up, shoveling, laying sand mixture, minor repairs and maintenance as required,
- Liaise with Tenants and provide feedback to the Property Manager,
- Maintain accurate timesheets, inspection logs,
- Work order and invoicing procedures,
- Liaise regularly with the office to ensure work is being completed to everyone’s satisfaction,
- Work directly with the Property Manager to maintain the properties and all equipment using sound preventative maintenance policies and procedures for every aspect of each property.
- A few years of hands on maintenance experience
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license required
- Self-motivated and efficient
- Highly organized and team oriented
- Able to deal with difficult people and situations
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to inspect properties, liaison with tenants and landlords on operational issues
- Must have the ability to work extended hours as necessary to complete job duties
