**We’re open to a range of applicants**: from weekend warrior part-timers to those dreaming of building a long-term coaching career. What matters most is your attitude, passion, and willingness to grow.
**You must have**:

- Valid Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification (e.g., BCRPA, ACE, CanFit-Pro, etc.)
- Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification
- Valid personal training insurance (for work in BC)
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

**Highly Preferred**:

- Prior experience working out at F45 or strong knowledge of the F45 brand and workout format
- Effective public speaking and communication skills
- Strength in relationship-building and multitasking
- And hey — if you’ve never done an F45 workout, expect to do a few before you get the job

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in members before each class
- Lead fun, high-energy group training sessions using F45’s programming
- Provide clear cueing and form correction to ensure safety and motivation
- Keep the studio and equipment clean and reset between sessions
- Support and contribute to the F45 North Van community and events

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
