INS Market is the most modern instant gratification store on the market. Our focus is on providing all customers with the largest selection of beverages and snacks in demand on a daily basis.

Job description
A new store is looking for a full time employee to join their team.
This position includes all employment benefits provided to full time employees.

**Requirements**:

- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada,
- Ideally over 21 years of age, and
- Fluent in English: excellent oral and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service/Cashier,
Merchandising, and
Loss Prevention

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

- Strong computer and register skills,
- Experience with a POS system and Lotto Sales is advantageous but not mandatory,
- Ability to provide a proactive approach in customer service, problem-solving and strong negotiation skills, and
- Ability to work independently and to function as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

- Ability to work flexible shifts which may include late nights and weekends,
- Approximately 35 hours per week over a 6 day period,
- Thrive in a fast paced environment, and
- Scope for growth based on performance.

**Salary**: $15.20 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Westminster, BC V3M1E9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
