We are seeking an **AEP/AJO Specialist** to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions. This role requires deep technical proficiency across Adobe Experience Cloud tools, strong data integration capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for enabling real-time customer data activation and journey orchestration that supports enterprise marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Platform Expertise**:

- Design and configure data schemas, datasets, and identity resolution strategies in AEP.
- Develop, launch, and manage multi-step customer journeys using AJO.

**Data Integration & Tagging**:

- Integrate various data sources using Adobe Web/Mobile SDKs.
- Design and manage event-driven data layers (e.g., Adobe Client Data Layer - ACDL).
- Translate Solution Design Requirements (SDRs) into detailed tagging and implementation guides.

**Technical Development**:

- Write and deploy custom JavaScript/jQuery for advanced tracking needs.
- Build and maintain APIs and connectors to support data ingestion and audience activation.
- Conduct code reviews and testing for AEP/AJO integrations; manage deployment lifecycle.

**Strategy & Leadership**:

- Lead architecture design discussions and provide technical direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to align technology solutions with strategic goals.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation.
