Security Guard

**Overview**
**Note: This position is for a hands on site.**
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Operate CCTV and other surveillance equipment to observe and report suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises, identifying any potential security risks or hazards.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure a coordinated response to incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety and security measures.
- Provide assistance to Client, employees and visitors as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is essential.
- Must have First Aid&CPR and Pro Serve
- Use of Force and Hand Cuff training is a plus.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is a plus.
- Must possess a valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.00 per week
