The expected starting base salary for this position is $80,703 - $85,349 annually, depending on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience. Once hired, you will progress through a wider salary range over time as you continue to develop job knowledge, skills and competencies for the role.

**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to the Director of Project & Business Architecture, the Project Manager I (PM I) work with internal and external business stakeholders and/or technical teams to manage the scope, schedule, resources, communication, and issue resolution for assigned projects. The PM I typically manage smaller projects related to business transformation, core regulatory policy and programs, and system enhancements. They will also support portions of larger projects with moderate complexity, risks, scope, budget, and/or impact. The PM I ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the desired business objectives.
- Develops and maintains project plans for assigned projects ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and meet the established scope.
- Works with key stakeholders to define the vision, scope, and goals of projects and ensures project plans align with quality standards and service level expectations.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders and business analysts to support the development of PGP (Project Governance Process). Produces project documentation which can include business cases and/or project charters and assists senior project managers in creating work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Coordinates project teams ensuring appropriate resource availability
- Facilitates project meetings, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, and tracks meeting decisions and action items.
- Supports the management of project deliverables and helps monitor changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring alignment with the project plan.
- Tracks project progress and prepares regular updates for project stakeholders.
- Facilitates scrum meetings for iterative project delivery including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Works with business analyst(s) to create, manage and prioritize the project backlog, and delegates backlog item work to project team members. Removes roadblocks for the project team and continually balances team capacity and velocity to optimize project productivity.
- Alongside senior project managers, identifies and escalates project risks, ensuring they are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintains positive working relationships with all project stakeholders and manages their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
