Concrete Finisher

We are an established Civil Construction contractor that is looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing company.
**Responsibilities**:
Prepare surfaces for concrete placement by cleaning, grading, and setting forms. Mix, pour, and finish concrete using a variety of techniques such as troweling, floating and smoothing.
Repair and patch existing concrete surfaces as needed.
Read and interpret construction plans and drawings to ensure accuracy of finished product.
Operate machinery such as power screeds, trowels, and concrete saws.
Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other tradespeople to ensure project success.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete finishing.
Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Physical fitness to lift and move heavy objects and work in challenging weather conditions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Certification or licensing in concrete finishing (preferred).
**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
