Responsibilities: *
- Helping prepare routine estimates under general supervision for commercial projects
- Analyzing specifications, understanding requirements, confirming lead time, cost, and help review material take offs and labor estimates
- Review all bid opportunities and keep track of deadlines
- Help review project contracts, plans, specs, and details
- Consulting with clients, vendors, the glass department, and senior management to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Experience in commercial/industrial construction an asset
- Excellent organizational, technical, writing communication
- Ability to read drawings and understand specs
- Able to understand and know bid process is an asset
- Ability to handle challenges and work well under tight deadlines
- Ability to follow direction and communicate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Valid drivers license
