Job Description: **RECRUITMENT ADVISOR** Tsawwassen Responsibilities include: - Being the first point of contact for the People Services team with respect to any and all recruitment files, including creating captivating external ad text; - Building strong relationships with our internal stakeholders and helping to guide them to ‘best in practice’ while continually improving the recruitment process; - Providing support as required in the reviewing of applicants through our online talent acquisition platform and seasonally as required in all aspects of the recruitment function; - Research, develop and implement new talent acquisition strategies for targeted and timely recruitment; - Establishing and maintaining strong external stakeholder relationships to build a positive image in the community and improve applicant streams; Finally, you have 2+ years in a large, geographically dispersed operation along with some formal post secondary education in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
