**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level support to end-users of software, hardware and systems.
- Administer and troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues on desktop, laptop and mobile systems.
- Revise, install and upgrade software and hardware.
- Configure workstations with new equipment.
- Perform tasks related to the daily operations of the network (patching,logging,etc.).
