We at Drax are looking for a **Sustainability Coordinator - North America, **for our dynamic Sustainability team.

**About the Role**

As a Sustainability coordinator you will provide coordination support to the Sustainability Team in North America which includes providing support across project reporting and management, organising team events and travel, managing SAP Concur expense reporting, liaising with stakeholders to resolve queries and ensuring completion of activities, coordinating projects, producing data with accurate reporting and more.

The role will report to the Vice President - Sustainability for North America.

Location preference : Vancouver (highly preferred onsite but not mandatory)

The role may require up to 15% of travel in North America.

**About You**
- Atleast 3+ years’ experience in an Administrative role in a growing, fast paced organization
- Experience in the Sustainability industry is an added advantage.
- Associates degree required, Bachelor’s preferred or the appropriate combination of education and experience
- Experience in SAP Concur or similar expense management systems
- Experience in Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 an asset
- Attentiveness to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Well organised and diligent approach to work - the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Strong communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and style to a variety of audiences

**Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems along with hands on experience in coordination is mandatory.**
