Personal Support Worker

**Duties**
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of living spaces to create a safe environment.
- Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to the nursing staff or management.
- Offer specialized support for clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments, ensuring their needs are met with patience and understanding.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing home settings, or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and patient care practices is highly desirable.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia care needs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
