Edmonton, Canada Marigold Infrastructure Partners DBJV Full time

The City of Edmonton selected Marigold Infrastructure Partners to design and build the 14-kilometre Valley Line West LRT project from downtown to Lewis Farms. Construction has begun and will take five to six years to complete.

Marigold is a design-build joint venture agreement between Colas and Parsons.

**Position**:
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team for the testing and commissioning phase of our upcoming project. If you have a passion for ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically within railway systems, we invite you to apply.

**Duties**:
Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may include planning, coordinating, and executing testing and commissioning activities for various railway systems, including traction power, communications, signalling, depot equipment, and MEP (automated building systems).

Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards in railway systems.

Conduct thorough inspections and tests, document findings, and provide recommendations for improvement in railway system performance.

Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support during the testing and commissioning phase for railway systems.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations specific to railway systems throughout the process.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports related to testing and commissioning activities in railway systems.

**Requirements**:
Relevant educational background and/or certifications in railway systems or related fields.

Proven experience in testing and commissioning within railway systems, specifically in areas such as traction power, communications, signalling, depot equipment, and MEP of automated building systems.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of applicable railway systems and components.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Experience in railway systems, including traction power, communications, signalling, depot equipment, and MEP of automated building systems, is highly desired.
