Mulberry Coffeehouse is now hiring a full time head baker.

If you love coffee and enjoy the satisfaction of baking from scratch, join the mulberry family.

**Responsibilities**:

- Opening the shop.
- Preparing daily baked items.
- Maintain bakery production.
- Manage inventory / ordering.
- Provide bakery training to new staff.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of Baking experience.
- Food handlers certification. - Required
- Start time: 5am/6am.

What we are looking for:

- Positive attitude/ creative Pastry enthusiast.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Reliable / team player.
- Personal time management / strong sense of urgency.
- Morning person.

**Salary**: $17.50-$22.00 per hour
