Analyst, Buildings, Development and Security

As a property management, build-out and safety analyst, you assist with fire prevention and building safety and management. You help create plans, assist with build-outs and lease management, and help develop building safety and fire prevention policies. You analyze fire prevention and building safety issues, support the more experienced professionals in your unit, and help prepare opinions and implementation plans in accordance with your discipline’s rules. You draw on your extensive knowledge of the sector and your ability to manage complexity to conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and processes. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You assist clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Help prepare and propose fire prevention and safety action plans in accordance with rules and parameters-
- Analyze risks, prepare reports and help implement recommendations- Review incident reports to help implement site-specific systems, solutions and emergency plans- Verify and assess facility safety risks- Implement and update physical safety systems, methods, processes and tools and ensure they are being used and followed

What you bring to the table- College diploma in a related field- A minimum of three years of relevant experience- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Knowledge of French is required- Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
