**POSITION TITLE: SKILLED UPHOLSTERER**

**WORK SCHEDULE**:Regular, Full-Time, Days

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Skilled Upholsterer is responsible for the following:

- Upholsterer fabric, vinyl, leather using hands
- Following work instructions;
- Ensuring fabric is correctly placed on frame; may require pulling and/or stretching of stiff fabrics;
- Attaching fabric to frame with pneumatic staple gun and/or upholstery press;
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment;
- Must be comfortable and capable of using a pneumatic staple gun;
- Must be able to stand for extended periods;

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2 years skilled hand-upholstery experience;
- Pattern making and sewing machine experience is an asset;
**PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) REQUIRED**:

- Safety glasses (will be provided)

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:

- Manufacturing setting
- Day Shift (7:30am -5:00pm) with occasional evenings and weekend overtime

**Salary**: $25.00+ per hour
