**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Help with cooking tasks as directed, ensuring that food is prepared according to established recipes and standards.
- Support the team in maintaining inventory by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Participate in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during service times.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen equipment is beneficial.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen setting.
