Position is under direct supervision of Kitchen Manager. You are to ensure that the kitchen operation runs smoothly, efficiently and within the food and labor cost policies as outlined by our company and which will be given to you by the Kitchen Manager.

You are to maintain our established high quality in food and food handling as well as operations with in established company procedures with respect to:
Recipes, purchasing, ordering, receiving, product storage, sanitation, cleanliness and maintenance.

At the same time, you must provide fast, efficient and coordinated service between kitchen staff and front staff at all times.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
