**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve performance goals.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation to maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee sales management strategies, including pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, oversee cashiering activities, and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes.
- Conduct purchasing and procurement activities to maintain optimal stock levels while managing budgets effectively.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales performance.
- Prepare reports related to sales, payroll, budgeting, and administrative tasks to support operational decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales management with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, POS systems, bookkeeping, and basic math skills.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training & development programs.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting, cash handling procedures, and administrative tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a multitasking environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors or partners as needed.
- Familiarity with marketing techniques relevant to retail environments. This position offers an opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a vibrant retail team while contributing directly to the success of our store operations through strategic management and exceptional leadership skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
