Full-time | Day Shift | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Belleville ON

The Machining Center is seeking a Red Seal Machinist (or equivalent) with strong experience in CNC machining, manual machining, and CNC programming. You’ll work in a low-volume, high-variety environment using a combination of CNC and Manual mills and lathes, along with other standard shop equipment. Our primary programming is done in GibbsCam and Fusion 360.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes (looking for someone to be more mill heavy)
- Perform manual milling and manual lathe operations
- Write and edit CNC programs (GibbsCam, Fusion 360)
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Conduct quality control inspections using calibrated measuring tools
- Work with a variety of materials (metal, plastic, alloys, etc.)
- Operate shop equipment such as saws, grinders, and drill presses
- Perform light machine maintenance
- Follow and promote all workplace safety protocols (PPE, WHMIS, lockout/tagout)
- Collaborate with the team and support continuous improvement initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal Machinist certification (or equivalent trade qualification)
- 3+ years of experience with CNC and manual machining
- Proficient in CNC programming (GibbsCam or Fusion 360 preferred)
- Skilled in interpreting mechanical drawings and engineering specs
- Familiar with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
