**Position Summary**:
As an Assembler, you'll be responsible for efficiently assembling high-quality products using hand tools, following safety protocols, and working in a collaborative team environment.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- **Put Together Parts** - Use tools to assemble metal parts and fiberglass parts to create key components for buses based on blueprints.
- **Handle Materials** - Lift and place parts together to create sub assembly parts
- **Check Quality** - Ensure each part is assembled with precision and meets our quality standards
- **Collaborate with Your Team** - Work closely with teammates to keep production running smoothly.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- **Composite & Fiberglass Experience (preferred)** - Experience working with composites, fiberglass, sanding, or grinding tools is a plus, but not required.
- **Hands-On Skills** - Comfortable using basic tools, with training provided for pneumatic, electric, and manual hand tools.
- **Attention to Detail** - Takes pride in producing high-quality parts by following instructions carefully.
- **Team Player** - Works well with others to meet production goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
- **Reliable & Independent** - Shows up on time, follows directions, and takes initiative when needed.
- **Physical Readiness** - Able to stand for long periods and lift 20-50 lbs. as needed.
