Stone Church Animal Clinic is looking for an additional front office receptionist/Animal Care Assistant for our growing and busy office. Prior experience or education in an animal care field is required.
- reliable and flexible
- answering the phone and booking appointments while taking proper medical information and understanding the severity of each case.
- understand basic medical terminology regarding vaccinations and preventive care.
- process payments and deposits (due to COVID-19 restrictions, many transactions will occur outside)
- provide courtesy and follow-up phone calls
- manage time well with the ability to multi-task in a sometimes stressful environment while still maintaining optimum customer service.
- possess a strong work ethic and paying attention to detail
- some heavy lifting (large bags of pet food or cases of canned food)
- managing prescription and special food order requests.
