As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Demonstrate time management skills by prioritizing tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Help train new staff members on food preparation techniques and customer service protocols as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately at the POS system.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 35 per week
