Wild Wing at Canlan Sports is currently looking for a **Busser/Dishwasher**

Our Bussers / Dishwashers are team orientated and energetic. They support our food and beverage team by clearing tables, refilling water, serving bread, and restocking clean tableware. They are responsible maintaining the dish room and dish machine, and properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, and other areas of the restaurant as requested.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure all opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent)
- Clear, sanitize and set tables
- Assist in service when required, including delivery of orders to the table and refilling water
- Maintain and operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications including use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer
- Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Clean and sanitize other areas of the restaurant as required

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION**:

- Completed high school education or equivalent is an asset

**ABILITIES, ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
- Outgoing, positive and team orientated
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends)
