**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by offering personalized care and companionship. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence.

**Duties**
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with medication administration as per prescribed guidelines.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation as needed.
- Provide support in nursing homes or hospice care settings when required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Familiarity with working persons with disabilities is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in caregiving or nursing are beneficial.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
