**Job Overview**:
The High-Risk Supervisor is responsible for the oversight, administration, and management of high-risk programs at Simple Solutions Care Inc. This role requires strong leadership, administrative skills, crisis management expertise, and a commitment to improving the lives of high-risk clients. The High-Risk Supervisor ensures that the programs assigned to them operate run eHiciently and eHectively while maintaining compliance with SSC standards, policies, and regulatory requirement.
The High-Risk Supervisor plays a vital role in staH supervision, incident management, safety compliance, and licensing/accreditation adherence. This position works closely with other SSC Management members, providing direct staH guidance, case management support, and overall program oversight. Additionally, the High-Risk Supervisor facilitates team communication, documentation, and reporting to SSC senior management, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support to promote healing, resilience, and mental health stability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Leadership & Supervision**
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure program success.
- Foster a collaborative and trauma-informed team environment that encourages open communication and professional growth.
- Set clear goals and expectations, monitor team performance through evaluations and supervisor notes, and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss program updates, address challenges, and recognize achievements within assigned programs.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Evaluate team performance through regular assessments and implement improvement plans as needed within reports such as supervision notes and evaluations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align program objectives with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with SSC policies, safety regulations, and accreditation standards.
- **2. Risk Management & Crisis Response**:
- Oversee high-risk programs, ensuring staH maintain safety, structure, and appropriate interventions.
- Respond to crises promptly, providing direct de-escalation, conflict resolution, and behavioral interventions.
- Develop and monitor Individualized Safety Plans (ISP) and Crisis Response Plans (CRP) for clients.
- Support staff during behavioral escalations and provide on-site crisis management as needed.
- Ensure completion of all types of incident reports (whether it be CIR or IR) with proper follow-up actions and safety planning.
- Conduct post-incident debriefings to assess risk factors and identify areas for improvement.
- On call rotation schedule to be followed and assigned and ensure crisis response is followed eHectively and follows all SSC protocols
- **3. Client Support & Behavioral Intervention**:
- Engage directly with high-risk individuals, providing emotional, behavioral, and physical support.
- Develop and implement personalized routines and schedules, including hygiene, school, exercise, and self-care activities.
- Serve as a role model for staH and clients, demonstrating best practices in trauma
- informed care.
- Monitor clients’ mental health status, behavioral challenges, and risk levels, ensuring appropriate therapeutic interventions and safety precautions.
- Ensure alignment of care strategies with individualized healing plans.
- Assist with client transitions (intake, placement stability, reunification, or hospitalreferrals).
**4. Documentation & Compliance**
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, safety plans, and behavioral tracking.
- Regularly review and audit documentation to maintain compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Prepare monthly reports on each home through team leads' summaries or work with team leads to create monthly reports, reviewing and submitting them to the assigned manager or senior management.

- Conduct routine safety checks and risk assessments in high-risk programs/homes.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, fire safety, and accreditation standards.
- Oversee fire drills, emergency preparedness, and evacuation plans, training staH in safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and structured environment in program facilities.
**6. Training & Staff Development**
- Identify ongoing training needs for staH, ensuring they are equipped to work with high-risk individuals.
