**Videographer/Photographer (18 Month Contract)**

**Role Summary**

The Videographer/Photographer will research, create and communicate engaging stories using video, photography and graphics and following industry best practices. In this role, you will create visual narratives that convey the strength of our brand and the benefits of our products, to be communicated online and through social media. You will be responsible for creating digital visual content that engages, captivates and educates our Retail Customers, Spa Partners and Team-members. In this role, you will report to the Digital Creative Team Lead.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for capturing on-brand visual content (video and images) of products and models in lifestyle and studio settings
- Helping with the planning process, managing assets and creating multiple versions of videos and images for different digital platforms
- Maintain high quality and consistency guidelines while following our visual brand guidelines and objectives
- Execute shoots; organize or execute post-production, including managing external vendors
- Drive the content production lifecycle from pre-production, production, and post-production to final asset delivery
- Demonstrate knowledge of advanced editing and retouching techniques using industry and technology standards
- Working closely with the Digital Team to ensure smooth flow of the content and asset delivery schedules.
- Conceptualize and create graphics for blog and social media platforms
- On occasion, write and publish social media content

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in video production, video editing, photography and graphic design
- At least 1 year of digital marketing and social media marketing experience
- Skincare industry experience or proven passion is an asset
- Motion graphic experience is an asset
- On-camera experience is an asset
- Understands digital photography and videography techniques, composition and lighting theory
- Experienced with both natural light and studio environments
- Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop CC, Premiere Pro CC, Adobe Bridge, Adobe Lightroom CC
- Familiar with social media channels (especially Instagram and TikTok)
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills
